Oh pretty tulips

The most elegant flowers,

How stunning you are.

Your colors abound,

with memories of the spring

to ignite smiles.

Purples, pinks, yellows;

Lush green stalks in water wait

their beauty a gift

Yellows with red tips

symbolic of a lasting

true friendship and love

So slender and poised,

Ready to open their blooms.
